Regardless of the changes made to the current standard version, your mask fiels, colors, and documents will not change following any update. And for the real power users amongst you, the Persis developer toolkit makes it possible to create your own functionalities and expand the internal logic of Persis. Moreover, we can implement these components for you, or you can do so following a simple training session.

All modules have access to the same dataset, which means a true common database is present with no internal interfaces, meaning all users can access that database using their login data. This approach removes all redundancies. Example: With Persis a common pool containing cost centers can be centrally maintained. Moreover, regardless of whether you are currently planning a training schedule for that employee or preparing internal job posting, each employee's dataset is recorded only once at the current master data level contained in the database.

Our customers work with payroll systems like SAP ®, ADS ®, SAGW ® and many others. In most cases, coupling the systems can provide great benefits, especially if you are already running a payroll system of your own. Persis retrieves data from your prior system and upon request can even prepare data sets for your individual use.

Our modules can be used alone or in combination with one another and can be purchased in succession. Access rights can be crafted in great detail and are all derived from the attributes of the HR master data set. Moreover, use is made easy from the outset by connecting the modules to your central LDAP / ADS. Please contact one of our staff members and we will examine the requirements of your system.

Additionally, Persis includes a high-output report generator to enable you to examine statistics and produce professional reports. Of course you may continue to draft your letters and other correspondences over your traditional word processor like MS-Word ®, OpenOffice ® and others. Furthermore, PERSData dataset allows you to directly access data from MS-Excel and produce clear graphical analyses. Persis passes this information to our OrgPlus organizational chart software for perfect orgcharts, which may include historical analyses to help you monitor the extent of your success.

The Persis integrated workflow management system also allows you to transfer your HR processes and structures throughout your management and group hierarchies. Take for example, the ability to create a recruitment process by simply entering basic data, recording a CV, planning introductory trainings or composing a greeting letter. The system is that complete. The HR manager is then automatically informed when several managers are accompanying this process.
