AGRAVIS relies on HR-Processes from the Persis Portal

Headquartered in Münster and Hanover, Germany, the AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG employs over 5,000 employees. To optimize its management of this human capital , AGRAVIS has chosen "Persis“ Personnel Information Software.

Having weathered a rigorous bid proceeding, the Düsseldorf-based company p-manent has been awarded the contract to design AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG's future HR portal. The result will be a 100% browser-based personnel management system to complement  the AG's existing PAISY settlement software, which will remain the primary system for all common and salary data.

The Persis system's satisfaction of clear and objective standards motivated the selection.  Accordingly, pmanent was able to demonstrate the quality, functionality and technical foundation of Persis through a clear proof-of-concept presentation of a test installation performed directly on the customer's systems. Here both the availability and input of qualified consultants played a critical role.

The new HCM system will be implemented and contain standard processes, such as application management, staff appraisals and target agreements  enabling a far more efficient handling of HR matters. This will be followed by a second step, in which an additional module for qualification management will be embedded within the system.
