The Persis Personnel Manager module

This module provides more than just an electronic personnel file. Information from a candidate`s CV, his/her proficiencies, qualifications and salary progression provides management with high-quality data to ease their deliberations.

The reason to decide for an electronic personnel file lies in its practicality: By pushing a button, within seconds personnel managers or supervisors receive an optically well-defined data field containing all relevant employee information.  The electronic personal file module is complemented by allowing you to easily handle correspondences and planning functions.

The Persis Personnel Manager is equipped to handle the issues of all sizes of business and is hence freely scalable. This basic module collects and presents all employee data. Moreover, it includes an ESS (Employee Self Service) and MSS (Manager Self Service), which provides master and payroll data to the requesting party. Evaluations can also be prepared via the web portal and precisely assigned to the respective employee. Moreover, the high-output Microsoft ® Excel plug-in,  PersData, is included and allows you to perform comprehensive reporting activities.

An automated interface to transfer master and payroll data from your payroll systems is also offered on request. We recommend this to avoid having to duplicate your entries.

The personnel manager can be extended at any time by adding additional modules to address your agency management, absence management, or vehicle management needs. If you already have a Persis candidate management system running, all new employee data will be directly passed on to the additionally added modules.

The Persis personnel management system is offered with different levels of performance measured in terms of the quantity of data (i.e., number of employees in the system) and provides staff management and standard processes throughout. By purchasing the appropriate license, as many clerks, supervisors and employees as you wish may access the system and work in parallel with one another. The license you purchase determines which functionalities you have at your disposal.
