Workflows in the Persis HR portal

Persis shows its strengths by its interplay between various rolls and modules.

The time of placing “sticky notes” on someone`s computer screen are over. Persis works actively by showing tasks, when they must be done. To do this, we supply numerous, finished workflows with our standard version. The customer can e.g. produce new things in the personnel area, if necessary, making a workflow easy to realize and a checklist available to the personnel adviser immediately upon a new employee entering the system. Here one can define start events, which trigger the appearance of the workflows.

Here are just a few examples:

  • With the "Personnel Manager" basis module, all employee data sets can be captured and managed, and data can transferred from your salary system over our automated linking and notation capabilities. 

  • Persis performs your current reporting, augments this and on demand creates key figures complete with relevant historical data. Changes in the data sets (also future changes) are shown directly in the respective employee`s data sheet.

  • Managing master data like, department, cost centers, factories, models for work hours, authorizations, education and job experience can also be standardized. Changes at this level apply to all users immediately.  However, old data is not changed thereby. Thus, a cost center can be eliminated, without damaging the past file inventory.

  • Persis automatically produces employee histories and personal development illustrations through your entries and the workflows delivered.

  • You receive standard reports over standard-selection filters, which can be assigned to particular groups of people.

  • The expansion module "Position Management" allows you to plan personnel budgets for the following year simply and with certainty.  

  • The employee calendar makes vacation planning and employee presence transparent. One may also couple this with its time recoding or shift planning.  And of course vacations requests can be directly recorded by the employee over the HR-portal.  Superiors may then view and process vacation requests, vacation data, and compare them the various departments.

  • Freely definable individual or serial correspondences can be prepared for all occasions (salary letters, relocation correspondences, etc.) in cooperation with the word processing or e-mail system that your company uses.

  • Integrated workflow management through automatic generation of procedures for individual users (e.g., automatic reminders when probation periods end) will ease daily work and delegate routine tasks to Persis.

Persis enables you to conduct planning over a variable planning horizon. This means Persis generates future data on demand, which you can change up-front. Even move you can (page) through the data and thereby recognize where changes were made.
