Persis is able to generate key figures through your use of the processes alone. Thus, employees, management and the personnel development department alike have access to the figures that are necessary for their respective functions or rolls.


As management you can see the data file of a specific employees group, which normally depicts the employees currently under your supervision. And this too may be expanded to fit the individual case. And yes, Persis can determine these dynamically from the data provided in the personnel master data sheet.

Reports for use by Management then become, for example:

  • Lists of all notifications of my employees
  • Overviews of all educational plans or histories of my employees
  • Access to feedback from the various measures, as well as an output providing the (anonymized) cumulative results of the seminar participants.
  • etc.

In fact, the personnel department could actually have access to the same evalutions, while employee access could be defined individually. Moreover, the participant lists, lists of current booking figures or waiting lists are directly available to Personnel Development.
